By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

2.1 Zeltac Slider

Zeltac Slider is a Webflow application that enables users to create and manage interactive sliders within their Webflow websites. The Service provides:

• Automated slider element creation in Webflow Designer
• JavaScript code generation and injection
• Real-time preview and configuration tools
• Responsive design controls and breakpoint management
• Advanced slider effects and transition options

2.2 Webflow Integration

Our Service operates as an integrated application within the Webflow platform:

• Platform Dependency: The Service requires active Webflow site access and authorization
• API Integration: We utilize Webflow's APIs to create, modify, and manage elements within your Webflow projects
• Code Injection: The Service automatically generates and injects JavaScript code into your Webflow pages
• Element Management: We create and maintain slider-related HTML elements and CSS classes in your Webflow Designer

2.3 Service Availability

The Service is provided on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis with different subscription tiers offering varying levels of functionality and features.

3. Account Requirements

3.1 Webflow Account Linking

• Required Authorization: You must have an active Webflow account and authorize our Service to access your Webflow sites
• One-to-One Relationship: Each Zeltac account is permanently linked to one Webflow account
• Cross-Workspace Access: Once authorized, you may use the Service across all sites and workspaces within your authorized Webflow account
• Account Limitations: You cannot use the same Zeltac account with multiple Webflow accounts

3.2 Account Registration

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Authorized Use: You may not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.3 Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Subscription Tiers

Free Plan:

• Basic slider creation functionality
• Standard transition effects and controls
• Limited advanced features
• Community support

Pro Plan:

• All Free Plan features
• Advanced effects and transition options
• Custom parameters and configurations
• Priority customer support
• Template library access (when available)

Lifetime Plan:

• All Pro Plan features
• One-time payment with lifetime access
• Free updates and new features
• Priority support

4.2 Billing and Payment

Subscription Billing:

• Pro Plan subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Annual subscriptions receive a discount compared to monthly billing
• Billing occurs automatically on the same day each billing period

Payment Processing:

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or account termination

Price Changes:

• We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice
• Price changes apply to new billing periods and do not affect current paid periods
• You may cancel your subscription before price changes take effect

4.3 Automatic Renewal

• Pro Plan subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You will be charged for renewal at the then-current subscription rate
• You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting support

4.4 Taxes

• Subscription fees may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location
• You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees related to your use of the Service

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Pro Plan Subscriptions (Monthly and Annual)

14-Day Refund Window:

• You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
• Refunds after the 14-day period are at our sole discretion
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

Pro-Rated Refunds:

• Mid-cycle cancellations do not typically receive pro-rated refunds
• Exception: Technical issues preventing service use may qualify for pro-rated refunds

5.2 Lifetime Plan

30-Day Refund Window:

• You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase
• Refunds after the 30-day period are generally not available
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

5.3 Refund Eligibility

Eligible Scenarios:

• Technical issues preventing normal service operation
• Billing errors or unauthorized charges
• Service unavailability exceeding our stated uptime commitments

Ineligible Scenarios:

• Change of mind after using Pro features
• Webflow account changes or authorization issues
• User error in subscription management
• Violations of these Terms resulting in account termination

5.4 Refund Process

To request a refund:

2. Provide your account information and reason for the refund request
3. Include any relevant documentation or error messages
4. Allow 5-7 business days for review and processing

6. Acceptable Use

6.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service to:

• Create and manage sliders for your authorized Webflow sites
• Configure slider settings and customize appearances
• Generate and apply slider code to your Webflow projects
• Access support resources and documentation

6.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use the Service to create content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access

6.3 Content Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the content you create using the Service
• You warrant that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• You grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Service Ownership

• Zeltac owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service
• This includes software, algorithms, user interfaces, and documentation
• No ownership rights are transferred to you through use of the Service

• You retain ownership of content you create using the Service
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service
• This license terminates when you delete your content or account

7.3 Feedback and Suggestions

• Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation
• You waive any rights to such feedback and agree we may use it freely

• Such third-party components are subject to their respective licenses
• Webflow is a trademark of Webflow, Inc., and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Webflow

8. Service Availability and Support

8.1 Service Uptime

• We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

8.2 Webflow Dependency

• The Service depends on Webflow's platform and APIs
• Service availability may be affected by Webflow's system status
• We are not responsible for Webflow-related service interruptions

8.3 Support Services

Free Plan Users:

• Community support through documentation and help resources
• General inquiry support via email

Pro and Lifetime Users:

• Priority email support
• Enhanced response times
• Direct access to technical assistance

8.4 Updates and Modifications

• We may update the Service to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance
• Updates are deployed automatically and do not require user action
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for purpose
• We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of liability

10.3 Third-Party Services

• We are not responsible for third-party services, including Webflow's platform
• Any issues with third-party services should be addressed directly with those providers
• Our liability is limited to our own Service and does not extend to third-party platforms

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeltac and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your content or materials
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation prevents future billing but does not provide refunds except as specified in our Refund Policy
• You may delete your account, which will result in deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended inactivity (with prior notice)

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease
• Your slider configurations and data will be retained for 30 days for potential recovery
• Outstanding fees remain due and payable
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. General Provisions

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your location and our business operations, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction
• You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits
• Small claims court remains available for appropriate disputes

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zeltac regarding the Service.

14.2 Acceptance of Changes

• Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
