4. User Management

4.1 Authentication

Getting Started:

  • No Login Required: You can create your first slider without creating an account
  • Login Required for Editing: You'll need to sign in to edit existing sliders or access advanced features
  • One Webflow Account: Each app account is linked to one Webflow account (but works across all your workspaces and sites)

Sign Up Options:

  1. Email & Password: Create account with email and secure password
  2. Google OAuth: Sign up using your Google account (recommended for convenience)

Sign In Process:

  1. Click "Sign In" in the app header
  2. Choose your preferred sign-in method
  3. Complete Webflow authorization (if first time)
  4. Select the site/workspace to authorize
  5. Return to the app to access your account

Account Linking:

  • Webflow Authorization: The app requests access to your Webflow sites and workspaces
  • Site Selection: Choose which sites the app can access for creating sliders
  • Cross-Workspace Access: Once authorized, you can use the app in your sites/workspace.

4.2 Account Settings

Profile Settings:

  • Account Information: View and update your basic profile details
  • Password Changes: Update your account password when needed
  • Account Preferences: Manage your app settings and preferences

Account Security:

  • Secure Authentication: All authentication is handled securely through Webflow OAuth
  • Session Management: Stay logged in across browser sessions
  • Account Recovery: Password reset functionality (coming soon)

4.3 Subscription Plans

Free Plan:

  • Basic Slider Creation: Create unlimited basic sliders
  • Standard Features: Access to core slider functionality
  • Community Support: Basic help and documentation access

Pro Plan (Paid):

  • Advanced Features: Access to premium slider effects and options
  • Priority Support: Enhanced customer support
  • Advanced Templates: Pre-built slider configurations
  • Collaboration Tools: Team collaboration features (coming soon)
